Next in a gradually evolving series from the Buffy tele series.
This piece depicts a scene from the Buffy episode, "The Body". Tara comforts Willow as she copes with the death of Buffy's mother. The theme of growing older follows from "Goodbye To You" [link] as Willow - faces the death of someone dear to her - makes a connection with a new love (a first kiss with the Tara character) This episode completely floored me when I first saw it, and sent me back to the childhood time of my grandfather and grandmother passing. The pencil drawing itself was done in my 7 x 5" notepad. I took some liberties in coloring it with Photoshop, though I'm mixed on whether it looks better in sepia or in color. I may change it later. This drawing was also entered in a DA contest (which lost, but matters less) |

i wish the community was fueled by anime devations and religious debate. we can just burn those up into an coal oven and keep operational for eons. *r00t
My preference would be color, I think. Because of red haired Willow and blond haired Tara. That would be lost in sepia.
This is a lovely drawing, and I personally think you should leave it in colour, and not change it to sepia.
